ABSTRACT
Trigeminal Neuralgia is not an infrequent condition and patients present with severe agonizing pain . Although drugs are used initially for treatment but most of the cases they prove non beneficial. Some new treatment modalities are used in the form of neurosurgical techiques for pain relief. This article summarizes the new concepts of pain relief in Trigeminal Neuralgia.
